Oscar Bowl

Oscar season is finally here! But now I've got my work cut out for me--I've only seen two of the nominations for best picture so far: Up & Avatar. As Ella would say "X-Out." They'd better NOT win!!! I've been meaning to see Inglourious Bastards, Precious, A Serious Man, Up in the Air, & The Hurt Locker for months now but haven't made time yet. And the other nominated films just haven't caught my eye, so I doubt I'll get around to them. I'm fairly certain Precious is going to be my top pick--a rebuttal to Slumdog Millionaire of sorts in my mind. But the jury's still out and time's ticking...
