First Day

Well, it's my first day back at work, and before I forget to say it I must admit the last 8 weeks prior to today were amazing-- perhaps the happiest time of my life. I am so crazy grateful that I got to be home with my sweet son and be able to focus on my family 100% of the time. It was truly a dream come true. Even when getting up for the middle of the night feedings I felt incredible joy at being able to kiss and hold Christopher. Being a mother is a wonderful gift, and my Heavenly Father has been so good to me in allowing me these sacred 8 weeks to just be a mom. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
